Terms of service
These terms govern access to Avrenor Stays. By creating an account or using the service, the customer agrees to these terms.

Accounts and authority
Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. A person creating or administering a workspace confirms that they have authority to act for that organization and to invite its team members.
Trials, subscriptions and billing
Eligible customers may begin a 14-day trial without a payment card. Paid service is priced according to the selected plan or an agreed proposal. Current plan details, billing periods and applicable charges are shown before purchase or in the customer’s billing area. Customers are responsible for applicable taxes and for keeping billing information current.
Customer data and responsibilities
Customers retain their rights in the information they submit. They authorize Avrenor and its service providers to process that information as needed to provide, secure and support the service. Customers are responsible for having a lawful basis to enter property, guest, employee, contractor and reservation information and for configuring user access appropriately.
Acceptable use
Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other customers, upload unlawful or harmful material, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, evade account limits or use Avrenor Stays to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Avrenor Stays reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Features may change as the product develops. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, nonpayment or a material violation of these terms.
Cancellation and termination
Customers may request cancellation through the available account or support channels. The applicable plan or proposal controls the effective cancellation date and any remaining charges. When service ends, access may become limited and data may later be deleted subject to legal, security and operational retention requirements.
Warranty and liability
Avrenor Stays supports operational decisions but does not replace the customer’s professional judgment, legal duties or responsibility for guest and property safety. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement, and Avrenor is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
