Information we process

We process information supplied when someone requests a demo, creates an account, joins a workspace or uses the service. This can include contact and account details, company and portfolio information, property and reservation records, operational notes, uploaded files, team activity and billing-related records. We also receive basic device, browser, log and usage information needed to operate, secure and improve the service.

How information is used

• Provide, secure and support Avrenor Stays.
• Create and administer accounts, workspaces, trials and subscriptions.
• Deliver requested communications, operational notifications and customer support.
• Measure site and product usage, diagnose problems and improve workflows.
• Meet legal obligations and prevent fraud, abuse or unauthorized access.

Service providers and disclosures

Avrenor uses service providers for hosting, authentication, databases, storage, email delivery, analytics and other infrastructure. They may process information only to provide services to Avrenor under their applicable contractual and security obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics and cookies

Our public website uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and actions such as trial and demo interest. Authentication and security features may use cookies or similar browser storage necessary to keep users signed in and protect accounts. Browser controls can limit optional cookies, although blocking necessary storage may prevent parts of the service from working.

Retention and international use

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and security records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Because Avrenor and its providers may operate in different countries, information may be processed outside the country where it was collected, subject to applicable safeguards.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to certain processing. Workspace owners can manage much of their organization’s data in the service. Requests can be sent to the address below; we may need to verify identity and authority before acting.
